Shipping Terms
North Coast Subaru, NCRally does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or
holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for all orders placed after
5:00 pm Friday and all orders placed on the weekend. When your order will arrive
depends on shipping method used and when product is shipped. If the item
or items are in stock it will usually ship 24 to 72 hours after order is
placed. We will sometimes need more time. Tracking information will
be sent via email when available.
In-Stock Item
The item is in stock and ready to go. All products usually ship 24 to 72
hours after your order is placed, but we may need more time! Tracking
information, when available, will be sent via email within 24 hours of shipment.
No-Stock
This product is not currently in stock at our facility in Glen Cove, NY but can be ordered from our
warehouses. Depending on which warehouse the part is sent from it may take
longer for some part than others. Generally it will ship in 3 to 7
days. Most parts arrive from our warehouses daily, but if they don't, your
part(s) will be put on our Back Order Service: We have ordered the product from
our supplier but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this
product. We will ship your item as soon as possible. This will automatically
ship as soon as it comes in. If you prefer to be charged for backorder items
when shipped or wish to cancel an existing backorder item to receive a refund
contact us directly. If you don't wish to take advantage of this service, please
let us know upon ordering.
Core Charges
A core charge may be added to remanufactured parts and will be refunded
once it is return in the original box, assembled, drained, and not missing any
pieces. If you return a core that is not the same as the unit sold, NO refund
will be given. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return a core to
us.
Shipping
Charges
Packages being shipped within New York State will be subject to an 8.75% tax. If
you have a resale license for the State of New York to sell parts, a resale card must be
on file before the order is placed and tax can not be taken off after the order
is placed. Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is
required (i.e. after a transmission is received, the customer must pay to ship
the core back). Some items are too large for UPS such as hoods, fenders,
bumpers, doors, exhaust parts, etc., will be shipped by truck line. At this time
we offer the choice of UPS. UPS ground charges are calculated by weight,
dimension and destination. The shipping charges will show in your cart
when items are placed in. Orders usually arrive in 1 to 6 days after the
package(s) have left our facilities, however it may take up to 10 working days,
if we have to order the part from our warehouse. Express shipping and
overnight methods are available and prices can be viewed as you check them into
your cart. We do not guarantee any shipping times for ANY deliveries and no
refunds will be given on shipping charges.
Refused Truck Shipment & Cancelled
Orders
Freight charges incurred by NCRally.com while attempting to deliver
merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer. ALL cancelled
orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All prices and availability are subject to change without
notice.
Damage in Transit
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please
contact our Shipping Department for damage claim information and keep ALL
packaging materials. You will be asked to hold the damaged product for 10 days.
Please do not return the package to NCRally or North Coast Subaru.
Returns are Guaranteed
Please contact a Returns Representative for a RMA number before sending
any package back to NCRally or North Coast Subaru. Damaged or missing items must
be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and
short description of the problem after talking to a Returns Representative. We
will accept the return provided it is unused, is in resalable condition and
returned within 20 days of original invoice. Returned of Items ordered in error
may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or
Postage Due. Literature, videos or electrical parts are not returnable. If
NCRally or North Coast Subaru is in error in shipping we will promptly refund
your return freight charges. ANY body parts are not returnable due to minor
dings, scratches, and dents. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have
been altered and/or painted.
